In these general terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
* Seller: NyonVision, established at Tinbergenlaan 5, IJsselstein, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92274153
* Buyer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the Seller.

2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Nyo

3.1. All offers from NyonVision are without obligation and valid while stocks last.
3.2. The agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

4.1. All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

5.1. NyonVision strives to deliver orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the Buyer.

6.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
6.2. The costs for return shipment are for the account of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

7.1. NyonVision offers a guarantee on the delivered products in accordance with the statutory provisions. Complaints must be reported as soon as possible after discovery.
7.2 If an item you purchased shows defects (material or manufacturing defects, transport damage), you can return the product within 14 days using the pre-printed return form. After this warranty period has expired, NyonVision is entitled to charge all costs for repair or replacement, including administration and shipping costs. If an item is damaged within this period or another defect occurs, please report this by e-mail; nyonvision@hotmail.com.
Of course, the guarantee only applies to items if there is a valid complaint. The complaint is only valid if it is NOT caused by:
- Intentional damage or negligence. (e.g. water, fall and/or impact damage) - Incorrect use or negligent maintenance - Exceptional wear and tear - No warranty on the associated charging cable.

8.1. NyonVision's liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. 8.2 The seller is not liable for damage to vehicles or other objects caused by incorrect use of the products.

9.1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements concluded with the Seller.
9.2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.

10.1 The material found on NyonVison is subject to intellectual property rights. Visitors are prohibited from publishing or reproducing material from the website without the express prior written permission of NyonVison and explicit source reference.

11.1 NyonVision has the right to change these general terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you visit this page regularly to see if any changes have been made.
